01Overview
Ourlog, also called 아워로그, is a mobile relationship-memory app. It helps users save things they explicitly want to remember for a relationship and later receive recommendations from those saved memories.
These terms apply to internal testing and pre-release use of Ourlog v1.
02Internal Testing Status
Ourlog is currently in internal testing. The app may contain bugs, incomplete flows, temporary copy, test data, and unavailable features.
Internal testers should not rely on Ourlog as a permanent storage system during this phase. Test data may be deleted, reset, migrated, or changed before public release.
03Accounts
Users may need an account to use Ourlog. In v1, authentication is handled through Supabase Auth.
Users are responsible for:
- Providing accurate account information.
- Keeping login credentials secure.
- Reporting unauthorized access during internal testing.
Ourlog may suspend or remove test access if needed to protect the service, investigate abuse, or complete internal testing.
04User Content
Users are responsible for the text, URLs, relationship labels, and other content they save in Ourlog.
Users should not save content that:
- They do not have the right to use.
- Is illegal, harmful, harassing, or abusive.
- Contains highly sensitive personal information that is not needed for testing.
- Attempts to expose another person's private information without permission.
In v1, relationships are private labels. Ourlog does not create shared couple accounts, collaborative bucket lists, social feeds, comments, or likes.
05Acceptable Use
Users may use Ourlog only for lawful internal testing and personal relationship-memory use.
Users must not:
- Attempt to access another user's data.
- Bypass authentication, Row Level Security, or ownership checks.
- Reverse engineer, abuse, overload, or attack the service.
- Use the app for spam, scraping, mass data collection, or external discovery.
- Upload raw chat histories, full contacts, location histories, photo libraries, or external saved-list exports.
06AI Features
Ourlog uses server-side AI features for memory parsing and recommendation reranking.
AI parsing may be incomplete or inaccurate. If parsing fails, the saved memory should remain saved. Recommendations are not generated from the web and only use already-saved pending MemoryItems in the selected relationship.
AI-generated summaries, categories, areas, intent types, and reasons are convenience features. Users should review important information before acting on it.
07No External Discovery Promise
Ourlog does not promise to find popular places, verify business hours, check reservations, process payments, detect location, or create new recommendation candidates in v1.
The product's purpose is to recall saved intentions, not to replace discovery, search, reservation, calendar, or navigation services.
08Privacy
Ourlog's handling of data is described in the Privacy Policy.
09Third-Party Services
Ourlog relies on third-party services such as Supabase, OpenAI, Expo, Apple, and Google for authentication, storage, AI processing, development builds, and internal distribution. Use of these services may also be subject to those providers' terms and policies.
10Service Availability
Ourlog internal testing is provided as a work in progress. The service may be interrupted, changed, reset, or discontinued during testing.
Ourlog may change features, screens, data models, Edge Functions, AI prompts, or build configuration as the product moves toward release.
11Disclaimers
Ourlog is provided for internal testing on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
Ourlog does not provide legal, financial, medical, safety, travel, reservation, or professional advice.
Ourlog does not guarantee that saved links remain available, that source websites are accurate, or that AI-generated fields are correct.
12Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent allowed for an internal testing draft, Ourlog's project owner is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from internal testing use.
This section should be reviewed and revised before any public release.
13Termination
Internal testing access may be ended at any time. Users may request removal from testing or deletion of their test data by contacting hello.ourlog@outlook.kr.
14Changes
These terms may change as Ourlog moves from internal testing toward public release. Material changes will be reflected at this URL.
